This section highlights how I approach written communication, email marketing, web copy, and content planning.

My focus is on making information clear, useful, and easy to act on. Whether I’m writing a newsletter, a client email, a project description, or website copy, I try to lead with the point, organize the message well, and keep the audience in mind.

This newsletter was created as part of my real estate marketing and client communication strategy. The goal was to stay connected with clients and leads while providing useful, easy-to-read information instead of generic sales content.

I handled the concept, copy, layout, design direction, and email platform setup. The newsletter was built to be clear, skimmable, and practical — with a strong focus on making the information useful for the reader.

This project shows how I approach email communication: start with the audience, lead with the main point, organize the information clearly, and give the reader a simple next step.

This section shows examples of social media content I created for my real estate business, including local Victoria posts, educational content, video concepts, client-focused messaging, and brand-building pieces.

My goal with Instagram is to create content that feels clear, useful, and personal — not just promotional. I use the platform to communicate with my audience, share helpful information, show personality, and build trust over time.

This project shows how I approach content creation across a visual platform: plan the message, create a strong hook, design or film the piece, write the caption, and publish it in a way that fits the audience and the platform.
